SHIPPING:
It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please ensure you keep an eye on your emails for updates on delivery and tracking. For orders within New Zealand, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-5 business days from dispatch. You will be sent a fulfilment email with a tracking number. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent. Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to be sent to a business address. Ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a package does go missing we try our hardest to locate it for you. However, it will not be replaced automatically it will be managed case by case.
RETURNS:
Faults / incorrect colour selection /change of mind
Designs by Default ensures that all products that are sent out are in excellent condition. In an event of a purchase having a fault being present, or you have changed your mind, please get in touch and we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible. Returns will need to be processed within seven days of delivery. Please contact us on the link below explaining the issue. Please provide photographs if there is a fault with the product. Please note that customers are liable for any return costs. We are only too happy to sort out the issue and return another item back to you.
